NFR Kits ? How to Activate Support for the ZD

In order to activate support for the ZD in the NFR Kit, please follow the support activation process in this article -

If you have not received the support activation email, please contact [email protected] and provide the following information -
  • Your Distributor?s PO# to Ruckus for your order
  • ZD serial number - This is a 12 digit number that can be found in a label either under or side of the box
  • Name of your company
  • First and Last Name, Email and Phone number of the contact who will be using our Support Portal to download firmware etc.
Support contract for NFR Kit include:
  • 1 year partner premium support for the Zone Director
  • 1 year warranty on the APs
If you would like to purchase support on the APs, you may do so by placing an order with your Distributor. Please do provide the serial number of the APs when placing the order.

You may also renew the support on the ZD and the APs at the end of the original contract.
