How can I get my Redundant ZD Licenses

Resolution

If you have purchased or planning to purchase licenses for your Redundant or Secondary or Fail over ZD and have not received the actual license files, please do the following:

- Provide the email id of the person who should receive the licenses
- Provide the Serial number of the Primary ZD
- Provide the Serial number of the Redundant ZD

Send the above information to [email protected].

In order to receive and activate the Redundant ZD licenses, you must have purchased a RDY part# from your Reseller.
