Ruckus Analytics (RA)
Ruckus Analytics is a Cloud-based network analytics service powered by ML/AI that enables IT teams to easily investigate, troubleshoot, and report on network health and service. Its purpose is to deliver network insight that enables network operators to deliver on service level agreements and improve time to resolution of problems.
Ruckus Analytics supports both Ruckus Cloud and SmartZone APs and switch deployments. It is a subscription-based cloud service, with 1-, 3-, and 5-year subscriptions, which include support.
